About delivery
We will deliver within 2 to 7 working days after receiving your order (depending on the destination)
We will notify by E-mail to the designated contact (specified in the delivery data form), the tracking number.
We can not be hold responsible for delay due to weather circonstances, convenience of the shipper, or due to other reasons.
About payment

Please transfer to our designated account within 5 days from arrival of automatic reply E-mail of order confirmation from our company.
We will deliver the goods after payment is confirmed.
If we exceed 5 days we will cancel, so please order again.
The order will be automatically cancelled in case of no payment.
Placing an order implement the payment, so if the payment is not confirm the order will be cancelled.
When the paiement is done automatic outgoing E-mail will be sent to confirm the order and the delivery (tracking number will be issued).
In case of non paiement an automatic E-mail will be sent to indicate that the paiement could not be confirmed and that the order is cancelled.
Payment by Bank transfer:
The shipment of your order will be given after payment verification.
An automatic E-mail is sentto confirm your order and paiement, If you can not confirm the transfer within 5 days from the arrival of this E-mail, the order will cancelled automatically without permission.
Return / Exchange
As a general rule, we can not accept returns of products due to its specificity.
However, if the delivered product was damaged or stained, or if an item different from the order arrived, we will exchange it under the following conditions: please contact us the delivery day or within five days in order to report your claim and study a solution to your matter.

Your claim will be taken into account only with pictures of the damage or mistaken product.
If there is an accident such as breakage during delivery, please contact us by E-mail with the proper pictures.
We will prepare a rapidly a substitute item.
* The correspondence in that case may be contacted directly from the shipping company. Please be forewarned. However, we may not be able to exchange for items with no stock (refund will be done in that case).
Returns / exchanges of goods are limited to unopened or broken items.
