The wine that BIOSENZO imports come from vineyards that our French president visited himself, from selected wineries where he interacted with the winemaker and carefully selected their wine.

Along with delicate bubbles, scent of thick fruits such as pears and dry apricots rises. Moreover, the barrel aging brings the fragrant of burned toast incense such as brioche, and a deep taste which is very rich and condensed.
As time goes by, sweet scents like honey and caramel will come up so we recommend you to enjoy slowly in a big glass.

Rich flavor, acid, and tannin are firm, rich in fruit flavor.
A dense fragrance of ripe black fruits such as cassis, blackberry, dry plum, etc. that will make sweet and complicated fragrances like vanilla and dry figs.
Spices such as licorice and cloves, floral nuances like herbs and flowers are also present.
The taste is rich in sour chocolate, coffee, etc., the fruit condensed by aroma is attractive.
